Jubilee Park is a growing neighborhood located just five minutes from downtown Dallas. The city has named Jubilee Park, a 62-block neighborhood bounded by I-30, Fair Park, East Grand Ave., a Neighborhood Investment Program (NIP) area. The City and other public and private organizations have invested over $20 million to revitalize the neighborhood. Improvements include the addition of a park, new infrastructure (repaved streets and sidewalks), the addition of security cameras and a neighborhood police station to improve public safety. In the Fall of 2010, Jubilee opened the T. Boone Pickens Community and Resource Center, a multi-million dollar facility that houses free social services and educational resources for children and adults alike. Jubilee is a remarkable community undergoing positive changes and residents are actively invested in making Jubilee a safe, happy place to live.
