DCH now leasing 24 elder-friendly apartments in Jubilee Park

Dallas City Homes, Inc. (DCH) has launched its pre-leasing campaign for the 24 affordable elder-friendly apartments that are currently under construction in Jubilee Park, Dallas.  The first units are expected to be ready for move-in beginning in October 2011 and DCH is now welcoming applications for all units, which will be reserved on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Funding secured for streetcar line to Oak Cliff

In an update to the news of the proposed streetcar that will eventually link to the Bishop Arts District from downtown Dallas, the local paper Oak Cliff People reported on May 6 that the council did indeed vote in favor of requesting $20MM from DART toward the project.
